TheoPay Fulfillment

TheoPay fulfillment lets you make purchases for eligible expenses from approved external websites using your student's Hope Scholarship funds.  When using TheoPay fulfillment, you do not check out and make purchases using your own credit card information – instead, the order goes to the Hope fulfillment team who manually places the order and has the items sent directly to the student’s home.

Item Found Ineligible?
If an item was found ineligible, please review the links below to help make sure your desired item is a qualifying expense. If you would like clarification or to provide justification for a denied TheoPay order, please complete a Qualifying Expense Request. Your request will be reviewed by a team of TheoPay fulfillment agents and Hope Scholarship Board staff.

TheoPay Fulfillment Returns
Returns for items purchased using TheoPay fulfillment must be processed by the TheoPay fulfillment team. It is important to complete a TheoPay fulfillment Return Request and ship the item as soon as possible to meet the vendor’s return policy. Please review the vendor return policy list to make sure that your return can be processed per the vendor’s return rules.
