TheoPay Fulfillment

TheoPay Fulfillment lets you make purchases for eligible expenses from approved external websites using their Hope Scholarship funds.  When using TheoPay fulfillment, you do not check out and make purchases using your own credit card information – instead, the order goes to the Hope fulfillment team who manually places the order and has the items sent directly to the student’s home.

TheoPay Self-Serve

TheoPay Self- Serve lets you shop from approved external websites and pay with a one-time virtual payment card connected to your student’s Hope Scholarship funds. Instead of submitting your TheoPay order through TheoPay fulfillment, your eligible purchase is completed you. You control the entire order including receiving information about shipping, tracking updates, and completing returns. TheoPay Self-Serve can only be used for purchases with a cart total of $75 or less.
