TheoPay Self-Serve

TheoPay Self- Serve lets you shop from approved external websites and pay with a one-time virtual payment card connected to your student’s Hope Scholarship funds. Instead of submitting your TheoPay order through TheoPay fulfillment, your eligible purchase is completed you. You control the entire order including receiving information about shipping, tracking updates, and completing returns. TheoPay Self-Serve can only be used for purchases with a cart total of $75 or less. You may opt out of TheoPay Self-Serve any time by submitting to fulfillment.

If you have questions or would like some helpful tips and tricks about TheoPay Self-Serve check out these resources. If you get stuck- do not keep retrying and be careful that you do not complete a purchase with a personal card accidently. Item Found Ineligible?
If an item was found ineligible please review the links below to help make sure your desired item is a qualifying expense. If you would like clarification or to provide justification for a denied TheoPay order, please complete a Qualifying Expense Request. Your request will be reviewed by a team of TheoPay fulfillment agents and Hope Scholarship Board staff.
